We had a long list of items from our coach that we bought at a dealer in Tucson. RV World got us in right away and fixed our problems. The biggest problem was a leak in the washer/dryer. RV World had our coach most of the day, and all items were fixed properly. We had just left our dealer in Tucson and made the 200 mile trip to Yuma. RV World fixed items out selling dealer missed.

All work was done properly. I found the service staff to be knowledgeable and professional. The technician that worked on our coach, Willy, answered questions and pointed things out our selling dealer never even showed us during our walk thru.

RV World did not sell me my Monaco Diplomat, but they were able to help me out with an 11 item list. All 11 items were fixed, and one problem I had with the refer that my selling dealer could not fix, RV World was able to repair. The service manager Bob got on a cell phone with Norcold while he was working on the fridge and was able to troubleshoot the problem. I was told by selling dealer "the refer was operating fine". I had the coach 1 month and was replacing fuses everyday. Bob found the wiring short and fixed it. Thanks!

All items were completed and everyone there was extremely polite even though we bought our coach elsewhere.

Laundry list of warranty items. Some repaired, some not, additional damage caused. They were trying to close the ticket quickly and disregarded most of my list. Items fixed properly: roof leak, strap on shower door, paint peeling repaired, scratched sink. Items not repaired but reported: Refer not cooling, scratching noise in dash, electrical panel not sealing, hot water valve in shower difficult to turn.

The troubling thing with this dealership was the damage they caused to my coach. After I insisted they keep checking the refer, they finally discovered the cooling tower fans were not running. They cut the screen out of the roof cap, jumped the thermostat and closed it back up. Second, they ran the slide out against the driver seat. Third, on a test drive, they drove the coach so hard the dished came out of the cabinets and were broken. No explanation, just missing dishes, they finally admitted to what happened when pressed. The owner, Mike Green, finally agreed to pay for the repair to the seat, although I have not scene a check from them. We will not go back to this dealership.

1 thing they could not fix. Didn't have the parts. We were leaving in a couple of days so they said they won't be able to fix it. They said they fixed the other 7 things. Has been 7 days later and 3 of the 7 things aren't fixed like they said they were.

We were surprised when our automatic jacks on our new Everest fifth wheel quit working one morning as we were getting ready to leave Yuma. After checking all the fuses my husband had to manually crank the fifth wheel up and then down once it was hitched up. We pulled out of an Escapees park and found RV World right off I-10 and pulled in. We drove up to the gate for the service center and a guy greeted us with a big smile and "How can I help you?". When my husband explained the situation the guy said it was probably a fuse and those automatic jack motors have a separate in-line fuse. He cheerfully offered to look and after 10 minutes and not being able to locate the in-line fuse, he called another guy to help. After a few minutes they located the fuse and my husband told them he would purchase 3 so we would have spares. They installed a new fuse, gave us 2 extras and would not charge us one dime !! We thought service like this had gone out of style. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone !!!
