New Bounder 35W had a small defect in the windshield.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Before I could get it in to Pharr RVs I got a rock chip in the same windshield and was fearful that would give them cause to decline to replace the windshield. Not only did they replace the windshield free of charge, they sent a crew out to my place to do it. The workmanship and courtesy are always first rate at Pharr RVs. I recently purchased my 2nd motorhome from them.
Jerry Pharr, Jacky Pharr and Curtis Hudson are great to deal with.
