Dropped unit off at 9:30 am, gave Tom a rundown on what needed to be fixed. 12:15 pm Tom called back and said unit was ready for pick up. He repaired the leak in the shower & replaced the box that the TV's hook into. I joked with him about doing something with his turn around time as 3 hours for repairs is way to long.

Called Dave at Fountain Hills RV, explained the problem. Dave said to bring it in. Dave explained they where very busy and it would probably be a week until they could fix it as there mechanic Dan was going to be gone next week for a school for RV's. I said no problem as I wasn't going any place. Two hours after I dropped it off Dave called me and said it was ready for pickup. He had Dan fix it before he left for training.

Steps worked fine with the ignition key but only worked when they wanted to with the opening and closing of the door, Dan the mechanic found a bad wire, fixed it and I was able to pick my RV up the next day.
