  Date of Service:   10/31/2006
  Company Contact:   Steve Krawcheck
  Work Done on:   Toad
Service Performed:   I had an arm on my Falcon 5250 tow bar that would bind up and not fully extend. Steve ordered the repair kit (29.95) and had it ready for me to continue my 6 month trip in 4 days. Other places wanted to replace the arm saying it was bent. Total cost $112.27, not $250.00 plus.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The plastic bushing had rust built up causing the arm to bind. When I talked to other places, they said they would have to replace the arm. Steve put a straight edge on it and said it was not bent. Nice to find someone who didn't take advantage of a traveler
