| Service Performed: | The slide on my 06 Fleetwood Bounder was 3/4" out of square when it was extended. It wasn't just an eyesore but the seal didn't seal at the top of the slide. After 2 attempts at fixing it it was returned to me with the slide dropped about 1/4", the stripes no longer lined up. The young man that returned it said it was the only way they could improve it. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | After extending the slide at my home and finding out it was still out of align and the seals didn't seal. I contacted the dealer's Service Manager. His comment was "but you had accepted it", but then reluctantly agreed he'd contact the factory when I brought it back. With that attitude I reconsidered and decided not to let them work on my coach. | ||
