Motorhome was taken in on 4/30/08, 6/16/08, 6/21/08 for hood brackets that kept breaking away from the mounting. Advised them each time per Winnebago on what/how it should be done but they apparently didn't listen as (2) extra trips were needed. 80 miles round trip each way. Finally had them bolt brackets to the hood and outer frame. Left message for dealership owner and salesmen who sold us the unit for followup but still waiting.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Excellent workmanship. Prompt and done right the first time. Worked with us and Manufacture to insure that all covered under warranty on new coach. Wonderful people who care about you and getting you back on the road with a minimum of trouble. Have adjacent RV park if you need to stay.
