TOOK RV IN ON 8/14 TO CHECK A/C. THEY REFUSED TO CALL EXTENDED WARRANTY TO SEE IF IT WAS COVERED. NO ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND. STUCK ME WITH $860 BILL. LIED ABOUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY REQUEST...WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED IF SERVICE ADVISOR HAD CALLED..THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD HIM NOT TO BOTHER. WOULD NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY LIE AND CHEAT. |

THE A/C SEEMS TO BE OKAY. WHAT WENT ON IN THE OFFICE..LYING..NOT TOO SURE THEY DIDN'T OVERCHARGE IN PARTS AND LABOR. WOULD NOT TRUST AGAIN. IT IS A WINNEBAGO DEALER, SO TOOK THERE BECAUSE OF WARRANTY, ETC. |
