Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Replaced faulty relay on 7 year old motorhome free of charge. Replaced engine battery free of charge. Hot water tank not heating up properly.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work that they did was very quick and done professionally. They provided free advice and checked with factory to find out how to repair some minor problems and no charge for any of it. Provided needed parts and advice on how to install myself. Very cheerful and helpful.

  Date of Service:   11/1/2003
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Bowed wall repair
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I was told they would do this work locally so the trailer was not emptied. Later they shipped the trailer to the factory for repair. Upon receipt of the trailer the next spring, the dump hose in the bumper had fallen out, the drawer brackets were plastic and the trailer was driven to Manitoba in the winter the drawers inside the trailer, had all snapped the brackets that held them, the front of the trailer was full of stone holes in all the plastic pieces.
When I asked about the damage that was caused I was told that must have been like that when I delivered it to them before they shipped it.

I was give two pieces of plastic stripping and was told to install them myself by the dealer. I eventually received a dump hose from the manufacturer and the drawers I repaired myself.
