Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   I purchased a leftover new 5th wheel at Leo's in Gambrills, Md in 2012. It is a 2011 Heartland Elkridge model 29bhck. It has been from Maryland to
Montana, and most National parks in between. Last summer, when returning from Montana, I had an issue with the black tank valve staying open. Upon
return to Maryland I had Leo's service it. They claim they repaired a cable. My next trip out (2 weeks after return from shop) the tank was still leaking as the
valve was not closing.

I again returned it to Leo's and they replaced the cable. Next trip out a week later it was leaking yet again. So I returned it one more time and they replaced
my valve. They also butchered the underbelly coroplast rather than dropping it to make all of the repairs. I was assured this time it was fixed.

Next trip out it was leaking into the underbelly behind the coroplast. I called again (this was in late May and was told it could not be repaired until July! I
had vacation plans in July and August! I found another shop to repair it. They checked out the valve to find the seals installed incorrectly and Leo's had
overtightened the bolts on the flanges and cracked the plastic!

They also fixed the horrible sealing job that Leo's had done around my piping and revealed the belly with a better grade tape. The cost was $510. I was
reimbursed for the repair by my extended warranty company. Word of the wise: AVOID LEO's vacation World in Md. AT all costs. A 10-year-old would do a
better job in repairing your rig!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Shabby and sloppy. 3 times to shop for same thing.... Poor turnaround time and make you wait 3 mos for return repairs! Absolutely POOR Customer Service!

  Work Done on:   Class C
Service Performed:   Replacement of roof and complete replacement of Bunk Over Cab Area.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We could not be happier with the quality of service provided by Leo's. The roof including the complete front bunk area needed to be replaced due to
prolonged water and sun damage. Leo's completed the work a couple of weeks earlier than scheduled and their price was quite a bit less than what
was originally quoted. The quality of the workmanship is superb.

  Work Done on:   Toad
Service Performed:   Install Roadmaster baseplate onto toad.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They don't discount parts here. I paid full markup. I also paid $100/hour labor. No problems with either; company needs to make a profit. However, Roadmaster stated
job required 3.5 hours, but service department billed me for 5. Worse, I brought the toad in first thing in the
AM and waited until 5:00 pm for job completion. My impression in dealing with service is that I'm an
unimportant customer. Adios, Leo's!

  Date of Service:   11/20/2006
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Pre-Delivery Inspection. The service department was ready for us at our arranged appointment time. We were given a brief walk-through, then allowed to go over the unit at our leisure with our own rather extensive PDI check-list. We found 4 items needing repair/replacement. All were taken care of while we went out to lunch and did some errands, returning 2 hours later. We drove off the lot completely satisfied.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   After PDI, we noticed a few problems. Sticking window, loose carpet, no hot water, and a few other minor items.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They arranged for us to "stop by" on our way out of town. They sent a team out and knocked out the entire list in one hour. They had to replace the electric element in the water heater and that extended the time to two hours. Couldn't ask for better service!
