Brought my 5th wheel for furnace and A/C service. According to them, both were in working condition and they were just cleaned. An hour labor was charged for this.
On the same day in the evening, I found the power cable to the furnace wasn't attached. I opened the outside cover and attached it myself. Screwup number 1. Screwup number 2: In order to service the A/C they had removed the cover of the roof unit and the underlying mesh screen. But the they forgot to put the mesh screen back in. Just the plastic cover's there. |

An hour labor was charged for the above work and both wasn't done in a satisfactory manner. I wouldn't go back
at their place for service ever again. |

| Service Performed: | Ran over a huge rock causing severe body damage. about 5th time that we have had service/repair work gone here. Work has ranged from severe (fiberglass) repairs, to various mechanical repairs. Have always been satisfied. Pricing is under the local competition. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work has always been excellent. Once when work was not acceptable, they dropped everything and re-did the complicated repair again, to our satisfaction, at no additional cost. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We bought this motorhome from Fred, RV world with only 7000 miles on it and the engine blew up on it. Their interest in service to there customers is the worst i have ever dealt with. What should have only taken 3 weeks took them 4 months. I have never seen such bad service. I think if you place them on your list you will get a lot of complaints. We will never do business with them again. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Had a problem with my dash air conditioner and took it in 3 times. Every time all they would do is replace the valve and charge me for more fluid. Still the air leaked. Would not fix the problem. | ||
