We had our Cardinal 33TS in for warranty work in Feb and June of 05 and Jan of 06. Each time the work performed could have been done in a few days however the first time took 3 weeks, second took 12 weeks and third took 8 weeks.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
I would have understood it taking so long for work to be preformed if the quality was good, but for each thing they fixed, it had to be fixed a second time. They even reversed the water lines when replacing a faucet. This location is 75 miles from our home and twice I went out to pick up the fiver only to find they had not fixed anything I took it in for.
I now go to a local reputable independent repair facility who do the job right the first time.
