| Service Performed: | We lost the convex portion of the passenger side rear-view mirror. Sean assisted us in figuring out just which mirror we needed a replacement for and in how to install it. Sean went so far as to bring a rear-view mirror assembly out to the waiting room to show us how to install the replacement convex mirror. As it turned out we needed an additional part due to design changes and he gave us two replacement parts for free. One extra for our other rear-view mirror in case we should ever have to replace that one too. | ||
