| Service Performed: | Exhaust brake was blowing fuse on accelerator circuit leaving me stranded. | ||

Without a doubt, the biggest screwing I have ever taken, that was after he knocked half off labor. The installation of the exhaust brake new was under $200.00 labor, that included cutting exhaust pipe and installing butterfly. So the way I figured, had he cut all the original wires, and ran new ones it should have been under $300.00.
He kept the truck 3 days, and wanted to keep it over the weekend to pad it more. I told him I was picking it up, and got there with it still not fixed, and a bill for almost $1,500.00. After reviewing the statement, he had charged me $80.00 for the tow. We rode with the tow truck and paid him cash ($30.00) for the tow. Luckily we still had the receipt. When I started to call the police, he backed off. Still paid $400.00 too much. |
