Supplied overnight accommodation with water, power and cable. Fast efficient, and knowledgeable service. Have come here two years in a row after a disappointing and
unsatisfactory first annual service at Arbutus RV in Cassidy (the original selling dealer). We give 5 thumbs up and highly recommend Sunwest RV in Courtenay. |

I used to live in Courtenay, BC and love this dealer service center. I took a job in Calgary, AB in the fall of 2007. We sold the house in Courtenay and
left the trailer parked in storage in Courtenay until I could pick it up in the spring of 2008. I phoned Jennifer from Calgary and asked to have some work done on the trailer before bringing it back to Calgary. No problem was the response from Jennifer, where's it parked? In other words, they picked up the trailer from the storage lot, had the work done in time for my for my arrival in Courtenay! I can't say enough about Jennifer and her crew of people who work at this service center. They've always gone the extra mile for their customers. They are just the best! |
