Replaced hydraulic system motor.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
We were going to get propane and the hydraulic slides wouldn't go out and the jacks wouldn't come up. We called Road Runner and they sent a mechanic out in their service truck. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and told us he would let us know when they would have a new motor in. He called the next morning and gave an estimated date. He called when the motor came in and said he would be out the next day which he did, and installed the motor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and performed his work in a timely manner. We had an extended warranty, but the cost was reasonable compared to most work we've had done.
