  Date of Service:   4/24/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Chassis inspection of shocks, steering, air suspension after purchase of RV prior to 6,000 mile road trip.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Not RV friendly. Totally disappointed. I agreed to a 4 hour service charge just shy of $500 because I wanted the best inspection possible. Who
could be better than a Freightliner dealer? Unfortunately, I had to call daily to get any information after promised deadlines were missed
repeatedly. Not one promise made by the service department in regards to time of completion, returning phone calls and final report was kept.
They even told me that there is no way to test shocks. Staff was courteous but I had no confidence in final report which was "looks ok" (it wasn't).
I complained directly to service manager but with no effect. It is clear that they are geared toward commercial trucking and that RVs are at best
an annoyance customer. Go elsewhere with your RV.

  Date of Service:   1/9/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Changed transmission fluid and filters. This was warranty work authorized by FCC, Gaffney. I called for an appointment and was advised they did not work on Allison Transmissions. I called Gaffney warranty center who arranged for them to do the service. The shop does not make appointments, but gave me a day to be there. I showed up at 0800. When the tech came to get the unit he wanted to know why I did not come the day before because they had him sweeping the floor. Then he started bitching because it was an RV and not a truck. He doesn't like to work on RVs. He took the rig into the bay and I did not get it back until 1:30 that afternoon. He only drained the transmission fluid, replaced the 2 filters, and filled with fluid. Each time I inquired as to when the rig would be ready the service dept advised "shortly". I will not return to this dealership for service.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   How do you rate on fluid and filter change you did not witness? They are definitely not RV friendly and I would hate to pay for work done at this rate on an hourly basis.
