| Service Performed: | Replace shear pin on slide out mechanism and replace one dolly leg. Both under extended warranty. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work was correct and done in an excellent manner. We had to wait for 6 days for parts. Since we are full timers they let us stay in our unit in their shop. They gave us a key to the building, let us use kitchen, shower and laundry facilities and were extremely hospitable. We are very grateful. The service manager told us the extended warranty wont pay for everything and we will have to pay for some things in cash. We called the warranty company and they told us they were waiting for them to fax a copy of the bill and they will pay it (minus the deductible, of course). I don't know what his problem was until I heard him bargaining with the warranty company over the bill. Some of the other employees were watching him with a disgusted look on their faces. The owner told me the next time we were passing through and needed work done, just pull in and plug into one of their power outlets. Everyone was very friendly. | ||
