Passenger side rear leg leveler failed. Replaced entire assembly.
Also, failed door awning motor. Replaced motor and adjusted awning. |

Vogt RV Service was exceptional. Contacted extended
warranty company directly, received approval, ordered and replaced failed components. Service personnel were very sensitive to our full time needs. They removed failed components, we returned to our camp site while parts were ordered, returned and installation was performed in one day. |

| Service Performed: | I purchased a used 2001 Monaco Diplomat. On my inspection, I found several things that needed to be fixed. The company put the coach in their shop, assigned a Tech, and repaired everything I or the Tech could find. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I was very impressed with the way the company went about making sure everything on the coach was in full working order. I could not have asked for anything more. I will recommend them to anyone for service, or purchase of a used or new RV. | ||

| Service Performed: | I bought a new 2001 Monaco Diplomat LE from Vogt RV. The service was mixed. The prep before delivery was pathetic. When I got there to pick up my new motorhome, it wasn't ready and had to come back the next day. They didn't service the chassis and had to be taken elsewhere. The first time I used the sink and let the water out, the pipes came loose and soaked everything under the sink and the floor (mfg fault). They got me right in and fixed it. Got home and used sink; same thing. There were other things that were a mess. They might be OK on low-end RV's, but I would never buy a more complex RV from them. I even quit my Good Sam magazine subscription because they always have a thick card board ad in the center. My sales person is not one I would deal with again. I was a novice at buying a diesel pusher. Stay away. | ||
