  Date of Service:   4/17/2019
Work Done on:   Medium Duty Truck
Service Performed:   I took a day off from work to drive from Raleigh to
Winston to have the Stability Plus springs put on my
tow vehicle. Your office made my appointment, but
when I arrived it was non-existent. I had to wait
until a tech could get around to my service. Since
having the springs installed on 4/17/19, I found that
none of the grease fittings had been tightened, and I
have already lost one. NONE of the fittings had been
greased, and I was not given any paperwork regarding
this product except for the $700+ receipt. I would
request that a replacement fitting (and a couple of
extras) as well as product paperwork be made
available to me through the Raleigh location. We
have a camping trip scheduled for the TN mountains in
mid-May, so I'd like to obtain the replacement
fitting, at the very least, BEFORE that trip. I
guess I will have to handle greasing the fittings
myself, as I don't have the time to bring the vehicle
into the Raleigh shop for further service.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Not a good experience.

Update 4/25/2019
I was contacted by the Service Manager on
4/25, and he apologized for the problems we had with
the installation of the Stability Plus springs. He
is mailing us a number of zerk fittings as well as a
$50 gift certificate for parts. Our problems have
been resolved to our satisfaction.

Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Purchased and serviced
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Purchased a used motorhome from them. They
had it "being thoroughly checked over" for
nearly a month. We have only taken it out
twice and have had multiple problems.
Today the breaks locked up on rear wheels
and caught on fire. Everytime you call and
ask if they service an issue the answer is
no. They also have no one they recommend
to service your motorhome. This is our 6th
RV 2nd motorhome and worst experience so
far. These people are worse then used car
dealers. Promise you they thoroughly check
everything, and really do nothing.
Sunnys, Campers Inn, much better customer
service. NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE! IF I
COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 5 STARS...THEY'D
GET IT!

  Date of Service:   1/17/2017
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   My RV dealer made good on the warranty work so far so I'm reloading for bear! I had found at least 18 jobs and had plenty
of unanswered questions that I was originally told would cost me $125.00 an hour to fix. Needless to say, i was upset. Two
days later, the labor was free except an expected charge to change the oil in the break in stage of my generator! The very
next trip 129 gallons of water from the fresh water tank came flooding out the bottom of the trailer. It was our first
trip to the beach. Upon returning the Service rep at Plemmons tells me it is going to be over ONE month before he can get
to it. (Russ Carroll).

No call from Russ Carroll the service manager and I have found numerous complaints now about his character and Plemmons.

I got a better lens on the leak in the fresh water tank. The leak caused the undercarriage to rust at the bolts. I also
shot a fitting that was started by the factory bent.

I'm going to put a big C on the front of my Raptor and call her Craptor! Then I'm going to make several signs that say
Plemmons Lemons and hit every RV Show i see. I was told it would be a month before Plemmons could get me in and it has been
a month and a half. I think it may be a moment of extreme circumstance that I saw a Mobile RV guy at the car wash today!
I had just finished being disgusted with the latest problems. I'm going to win this and it will be a nice unit but the
battle is tough. i should be camping not living in Bill Plemmons parking lot. My first sign should have been when I
noticed Plemmons baited and switched by advertising a Toy hauler with two bathrooms and three axles. But I took the bait
and I so much want to get this trailer right! Oh of course I have photo proof!

Raptor First Trip Out Water Tank Leaks

More problems to fix with brand new Toy hauler.

Need water pump replaced.
It overloaded because of water tank leaked.

Need Water Tank replaced not just patched up. And new insulation for bottom of trailer. Bad gaps in drain ports and
connecting tubes out must have stripped threads due to factory negligence. I want to keep the old tank.

I want new route for fresh water drain since they mounted it over Gray water two pipe. They bump against each other.

I need complete insulation and new cover for bottom of trailer. It was completely soaked rusted and molded from end to
end. Dealer made me wait a month before I could get serviced. I had to cancel four different trips. It is only lucky I
am not a full-timer at the moment. It has been over a month and a half since I heard from Russ Carroll.

I had to take it out under belly insulation myself and repaint rusted spots where the bolts are. Water tried to escape
anywhere it could.

Id like new stink pipe and the cut where Sean hit the frame with his sawsall fixed. The wires for the solar panel need a
better route. The place he cut the hole is below the drains. Even with the putty it is not right. What he did requires
that that putty never dries and cracks down the road. Any plumber will tell you that a hole should never be punched in a
stink pipe. If so NEVER below drains level. He put the hole below both drain levels of the sink and shower.

The Interior-Porch-Security (blue indicator lights) on the panel gets too hot on electric hook up. Now that switch is
blown! The security blue light on interior panel doesnt work anymore and seems to correspond with red indicator light on
panel. Nothing else around the panel is that hot. Long shot is that it is because everything was soaking wet underneath. I
havent hooked to electric since tank leaked 110 gallons all over the trailer.

Nothing else around the panel seems to get that hot.

The light over the bathroom steps flickers and started to strobe once on generator power.
The light Goat fixed over the couch toward the garage needed a nudge to work so I dont know if it is fixed or is going to
short out along with the rest of the indicator panel and burn us down. The switch acts backwards from other battery
switches.

You have the team that can make it right if you put you minds to it.

The bunk bed is crooked and maybe cracked. Facing the trailer from the back. The top bunk at the left doesnt level so the
key (round pin) can be put in place. The holes dont line up. I thought I could fix it with a drill but either needed
more muscle or two sets of hands. But it might need to come off the wall and set right.

The back porch doesnt line up level any more so the hand rail sits in place. Ive tried it on a level and slanted surface
(campsite). It was fine at the beach. It appears level but the step hand rail wont fit right anymore. I had to adjust
the level of the gate to swing it open. I am leveled up.

I had to fix the porch screws with a fancy star bit.

I need the sub-woofer put under the step. It is placed up against the wall underneath and the sound goes to nowhere. I
tried to do it myself by taking out the covers on the steps with the proper bit but the top two threads on the left on both
steps are stripped (from the factory) I need and easy out and dont have one. Once you see where the sub woofer is you
will get it. I vacuumed and cleaned all the scrap metal and wood shavings out and found a bag full of spare parts under
the insulation from the factory.

I was sent out of the dealership by Sean with no grease on the hitch or no Teflon pad. I had bought a pad from Mark two
years ago at the market in anticipation. Sean basically rushed me out. I know it was market but considering the other
problems there is no excuse for that. So you guys had left a table on the top bunk. Over the year you shoved it or on
the trip it rubbed a large black mark on the ceiling in the garage. I want a new panel unless the paint will come off
without staining the ceiling.

Smoke alarm in living room goes off if my neighbor passes gas. Can it be adjusted so I can cook a meal without making us
deaf?

The front air conditioner drips pretty hard. We need to know if that is normal and be certain it is not going inside the
frame.
Now both air conditioners wont work including all electrical plug ins.

I need better instructions on where the zones are. I have left both zones on 50 degrees overnight through the below
freezing temps so no left over water from my first camp freezes in the pipes and come back to a trailer that is reading 80
degrees at the thermometer. I left the trailer on battery power. No electric. Temps outside were 50/24 degrees through
the night.

Did same thing two days in a row.

It didnt read so high when I left garage door open. I need a better lesson why that happens. I dont always want that
garage door open.

While crawling under the trailer looking for leaks I noticed that one bolt between the leaf springs could be turned by
hand. Thanks! Then I read about keystone axles falling apart while the vehicle was going down the road with a truck load
of kids. One of the support bars between the leaf springs could be wiggled by hand. So, I need someone to look at it.
This could save you a large lawsuit to inspect the bolts on the Dexter axles.
I bought two lug wrenches. I was able to tighten one I cant tighten this one I can turn by hand.

When the light over the step near the bathroom strobes the generator didnt seem to be sputtering or struggling.

The corner facade on the inside of the living room fan is missing. You can see the hole where the screw is supposed to be.
Fan still works.

If the tank has to be ordered I need a temporary seal on the fresh water tank so I can get some camping in. When the new
tank gets here I want to ride it and camp for a weekend before you put the insulation and cover back in. The factory just
laid the reflectix insulation on the cover like a loose blanket. I was able to pull it out with ease. I want a better job
done when you put it back together. Odd parts from the dealer fell out of the bottom of the trailer.

The battery lights over the couch and in the bathroom dont work anymore. Even on generator when bathroom fan was turned
on the light dimmed. Id like someone to recheck how Sean hooked up the batteries.

Now acs dont work and generator isnt charging batteries. I had to use my truck to get a charge on the batteries.
Same day battery lights quite working both ac units quit. The next day the battery lights worked except for couch and one
in bathroom but were all dim.

Vacuum cleaner doesnt work anymore.

AC and receptacle problem was a thrown breaker on the generator.

I was rewarded with a living room slide out that won't go in today. Looking for the manual fixes.
The tool they give for the manual fix broke! i can't make this stuff up!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor work. I have more problems than when I brought it in to get fixed. It is a new unit I shouldn't be worrying about

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   I purchased a Solitude from Bill Plemmons. I had a few warranty issues and some maintenance items that I needed to get fixed so I made an appointment
to have the work done between December 18 through January 4. I asked Matt to update me on the progress of the repairs. Matt does not return calls so I
ended up calling him a couple of times to monitor the progress. On the way to pick up the fifth wheel on January 4, Matt did call me to tell me that the unit
wasnt ready that there had been a high turnover of technicians. In fact, they had not worked on the unit at all. After discussion with Matt, I told him that
I needed to have one maintenance item completed wheel bearing service.
After picking up the fifth wheel, I contacted Tony (Store Manager) and told him of this bad experience. We agreed that I would talk to Wells (Service
Manager) and bring the unit in to get the items completed. I scheduled to have the fifth wheel brought in on Feb 3 and the work would be completed so I
could pick up the trailer on March 1. One week before pickup, I called Wells to verify the unit would be ready. He promised me it would be. We arrived at
the dealership on March 1. At that time they told me that the unit was not ready. In fact, all the big warranty items and one service item was not complete.
So much for promises. Bottom line the service group doesnt understand the meaning of communication with the customer. If they had only called me, I
could have arranged to pick the unit up later that day. Second, I dont believe the service group has the capability to do service work on RVs. On the items
that got fixed, there was no attention to detail. After this second experience, I contacted Tony and told him I would not be returning back to Plemmons
for my RV service, sales, or parts needs.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   1. Hydraulic hose leak on my leveler system. It appears this is fixed although when I picked up the unit and showed Wells that there was oil on the pad and
ground, he said this was from bleeding the system.
2. Kitchen Exhaust Fan This was fixed but the lid doesnt go as high as the original equipment. I dont expect this to be a problem. The sad part of this
was that I had shown Matt which fan had failed. He apparently didnt communicate to the technicians because they were working on the oven exhaust fan
during the December visit.
3. Kitchen Sink When we picked up the trailer in December, the service group had addressed the problem of the kitchen sink loosening up over time.
Unfortunately when they reinstalled the sink, the on/off lever was installed incorrectly. During the Feb visit, they stated that they had fixed this. When we
looked at it and saw it was still installed incorrectly, I showed this to Wells. He agreed that they didnt fix the faucet correctly. To make matters worse,
when we stopped at our first campsite and turned on the water at the kitchen sink, we noticed that the hose under the sink was not tightened and leaked.
They didnt even check their work.
4. Screen Door the door latch continues to loosen up making the screen door operation impossible. When I looked at their work, they had drilled a couple
of new holes and reinstalled the latch. I showed Wells how they didnt tighten it down properly and was loose.
5. Roof Maintenance This could have been done in December. When Matt called me he stated that all they had left to do was the roof. I told him to forget
it, I would get it done somewhere else.
It was a disappointing experience with Plemmons both in December and February. I will not attempt a third strike with these guys.

  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   My Father purchased a new KZ Sportsman travel trailer from the Winston Salem store last Fall. The towing lights did not work. He took it home anyway
because he thought it was a problem with his truck wiring. For various reasons he did not get to enjoy the use of his new camper till this August. He had
since purchased a new truck with trailer brakes factory installed and we attempted to tow the trailer and the brakes stuck partially on because of the faulty
wiring in the new trailer causing an extremely dangerous condition which could have caused a fire had we not stopped to check it out. After making it safe
to tow we took it back to his house and troubleshoot the wiring using a multimeter. The problem was definitely in the trailer wiring. We then decided to
take it back to where he purchased it and have them do the warranty work to fix the problem.

We talked to the Service Administrator, Russ Carroll, who became immediately combative as we attempted to explain our problem. He was very
unprofessional in his manner and tried in every way to say it was our problem and not theirs and that the "lifetime warranty" they advertise did not apply to
this particular trailer. He even told me to shut up while he was talking and emphasized it by aggressive intimidation which I ignored. When we returned two
days later to pick up the trailer, he was having a problem with another customer using the same unprofessional manner.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We decided not to have the work done by Plemmons because of the conduct of their service administrator, Russ Carroll, for fear of him secretly doing some
other damage in retaliation of our conversation. We also contacted the factory and discussed our experience with them. They informed my Father to not have
the work done there also. Unless Plemmons gets rid of this guy I will not recommend anyone have service performed at that location.

Service Performed:   Warranty recall - Winnebago Adventurer - Refrigerator Vent
Evaluation of Service Performed:   College Park RV in Raleigh had NOT (NOR INSPECTED) completed repair according to Winnebago records. Winnebago wanted repairs made. Bill Plemmons RV World was the dealership that DISCOVERED the defect and reported it to Winnebago. Service Manager inspected coach...turns out that Winnebago had actually made the repairs while the coach was the "shipping lot"...but failed to update their records. Service manager took about 1/2 hour to go over routine questions...really great experience.

Service Performed:   We purchased a new Alpine Coach from them. At the same time, we purchased a Blue OX Tow Bar and US Gear braking system from them and had them install both. We recently discovered that our brake lights on the coach and car were never working correctly...they would come on and then go off in just a few seconds (even though the brake was still engaged in the coach). We spent several hundred dollars to determine and resolve the problem and asked Plemmons to reimburse us. No response from them has ever been received. Also, another problem -- we had to have US Gear send us parts to correct the poor wiring job they did on the pig tail.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor and they don't stand behind the work they have done. Also, they rushed us through the pick up of the coach and the operation of the tow bar and braking system.
