| Service Performed: | Having used this repair shop several months ago, we took our 2003 living quarters horse trailer to them to look at the furnace. It has never worked properly, as it is intermittent at best. We had it worked on at Camping World and they cleaned it, etc. And it did work while there but as soon as it got cold and we really needed it, no go... I called Stewart's RV and said we would be in after lunch on New Year's Eve, but we were late, arriving at 4 pm. They close at 5. Owner's son, cleaned it, pulling it totally out, and discussed possible problems and solutions. They put a new circuit board in and it now works like a champ! He even stayed working on it one hour past closing, on New Year's Eve!! That was definitely above and beyond! A conscientious, family owned business that I cannot recommend highly enough! We will make the 3 hour trip to them, for any other needed repair! | ||

| Service Performed: | The wires from the break-away emergency brake, melted, somehow causing the refrigerator to quit and the A/C compressor to cycle on even tho turned off! | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The owner's son came out even tho he was sick with the flu, as I was desperate, with a fridge loaded with food! He rewired the burnt wires, fixed the fridge, and put a new circuit board in for the A/C. Then, we drove to the shop, they fixed a brake issue, on a day they were normally closed! | ||

| Service Performed: | The cooling cycle on Dometic refrigerator ran constantly, causing items in the refrigerator to freeze. I had to manually turn the refrigerator On and Off. The service technician first replaced the circuit board and, when that did not solve the problem, replaced the thermistor. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This company makes house calls for only $35 more. Since the circuit board did not fix the problem, the technician had to come out a second time but I only had to pay for one trip. The work was covered by warranty. | ||
