  Service Performed:   Just a short note to inform all that Tom's RV has changed hands since my unfortunate dealings with them. I haven't had to deal with the new management but from all reports they are doing a much better job.

  Service Performed:   Wiring damage repair by rodents required complete rewiring of many circuits. The work was performed by Joe (?) very meticulous and thoughtful in resolving issues that kept surfacing as problems were found.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very impressed with the attention to detail. The new owner called me no less than twice a day to give me updates and options as work progressed and costs escalated. I always had the option to stop work before it got too involved which gave me a sense of trust that I would not be screwed. On an unrelated issue I was offered a great deal on a used part rather than an expensive new part. Genuine customer service.

  Service Performed:   Complete roof replacement on a 1999 motorhome followed by three attempts to fix their poor workmanship. After their third screwup the government insurance company informed Tom's RV that their work was substandard and the complainant had grounds for redress.Repeated attempts to
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I sold the rig shortly after Tom's RV's final attempt to fix their screwups but I don't give the roof more than a year before major problems arise. This company has many many locals pissed off and upset with their incompetence.
