Work Done on:
Replace Radio/CD player. Replace missing running light cover. Repair binding paneling on slide out. All repairs were walk through/warranty repairs.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Shop work: All work was done satisfactorily, but vinyl floor was dirty and wall around slide out switch had lots of dirty fingerprints. I rate them a "good" because of the condition of the TT when we picked it up. I should mention that they did store the TT for free while I waited for storage near my home.
Sales: Beware, salesman told me my TV could tow TT I bought. It can, but only if I put minimal cargo in it and the TV. Salesman also played the "Let me talk to the boss" game to the max during buying negotiation. We almost walked before giving last offer.
