We had a serious breakdown in Madera, 25 mi north of Fresno. Mark worked with us over the phone, eventually sending a tech (Mitch) and arranging a AAA-
covered transport service to Central Valley RV. We were grounded for quite some time awaiting parts. Mark updated us daily as he deftly worked with our insurance to maximize coverage. |

As we had suffered considerable suspension damage, this was not a quick fix. It turned out that Mark was an expert welder in a previous life. He welded new
hangars, the crew installed a new axle and TrailAire suspension, and we were on our way. I have nothing but praise for Central Valley RV Repair. |

Even though they were slammed that week, they took us right away because they knew we were traveling. The repair was ready when they said it
would be. Fair price. Great service. They were very thoughtful of making us comfortable while we waited and offered an office desk for me to use to do computer work while waiting. Highly recommended |
