  Service Performed:   Dump Valve, wave in metal siding, hot electric switch, awning problems, Wash & Wax
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Awful-If I could give negative points I would. It took them 5 times to fix dump valve. They left 1/2 the screws out of the roof when fixing the wave int he siding THEN told me that Skyline sends them with it that way (only the screws on the side they worked on were missing-all other 3 sides were a screw in every hole). They ran into our 5er with their forklift & had to fix the hole they put in it. It took 2 times to fix an electrical problem. Could never fix awning on 5er. Against our better judgment we thought because they are so close that we'd take our new Class A for a wash & wax (can't hurt anything-right-WRONG). After having our motorhome for 5 days when we picked it up they got paint over-spray on the side, black marks on it & they broke our fabric awning. We've had other minor things that they couldn't fix as well.

The service manager is a liar and rude. I would never take another unit to this facility for ANY REASON. If you want something done right go to Affordable RV up 80 a little almost to Auburn.

  Service Performed:   Repair black tank leak. Also fix generator and a coupe of other small items.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Terrible, the worst service experience I've ever had. They said the black tank was cracked and had to be replaced. Waited weeks for a new tank to come in. Turned out the valve flange had small leak. They couldn't fix the generator in three tries. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Went to another dealer and they fixed everything, including the generator, in a one day visit.
