Complete roof replacement after scraping an overhead
tree branch. The entire roof membrane and the luan underlayment was replaced, and some of the roof structure and the front cap had to be repaired. One power vent and all vent covers replaced. |

I was very satisfied with the whole repair
experience from beginning to end. Everything was thoroughly explained up front including the choice of roof material and the extent of structural repair needed. Since we were traveling and living in the RV, they made every effort to get the rig in early and complete it on time. We've been traveling and living in the rig for over a month since the repair and are completely satisfied with the quality of the repairs. Thornton's are very good people to work with. I would trust them with any repair. |

Waited over two months to have a seal replaced on my slide and a controller replaced on my steps. Work was never done and I was overcharged for
generic parts misrepresented as "specific" to my coach that they would not be able to use elsewhere |

Couldn't get my normal service to change out my Norcold cooling unit to Amish one. Called Thornton and they said sure. They did it as scheduled
and a nice job at that. Nice people and will be taking my business there in the future. It means a 30 minute vs 10 minute drive but I am impressed. |

| Service Performed: | Repair damage after tire tread separation. Replace and repaint lower road side sheet metal and wheel well shroud. Replace floor support outriggers and wiring channel. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Gene's crew did an outstanding job in repairing the damage to our DoubleTree Mobile Suites 36RE3. The paint match and quality of the repairs was outstanding. We've been searching the Houston area for a quality alternative service facility - based on our experience, I believe we've found it! | ||
