  Service Performed:   Fixed the fridge.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Fridge worked after they fixed it for about a month then stopped. They also broke my faucet (possibly while collapsing the camper). They are the only game
in town, but I'm not going back.

  Service Performed:   Burner and electronic board replaced. My complaint is as follows: I took my motorhome in for repair, there was no damage to the right rear storage door or
bumper. I came and took the vehicle home I did not walk around the RV and inspect it for damage. Two days later I took the RV to gas it up and found
white paint and scrapes along the basement door. I told the Service manager the RV had been parked for 6 months and before bringing it in, the RV was
washed and there was no damage to the right rear. I pointed out the fresh damage and said it could have only occurred at Midway RV. The Service
manager looked at the damage and quite adamantly stated, It didn't happen here, I know my mechanics and they would tell me if they caused the damage.
I felt his attitude towards the matter was cavalier. I suggested you know your mechanics, climb up on my roof and tell me why the name (Joe) is carved into
the A/C Midway replaced the roof 2 years prior. That's professional. I am disappointed that Midway refused to take responsibility for the damage. The
damage was not there when I took the RV in. I know that its one on one, maybe I should have walked around the RV when I picked it up, but who does. I
have been dealing with Midway for almost 20 years, but no more, integrity is important to me.

  Service Performed:   Installed hitch, thorough PDI walk through and added lot's of extras to my new toy. I also bought it there. However, in honesty, I could have bought it cheaper from a wholesaler if I drove from PA to Texas. Wonder how they would have been for service? Wonder if Midway would treat me the same if I did? Would you? Instead I continue to use Midway even though it's a 3 1/2 drive from PA. Know why? Because they give me good service and stand behind their work. They also are honest and tell you if you can get a better deal elsewhere, like rear view video camera. They suggest stuff they thing is good, like easy to get to systems to inflate my dually rear wheel. Ever try to put air in the inside tire, I can easily now thanks to Midways suggestion and install. Don't judge a place on 2 people's opinion, Midway is an OK place to do biz with. Dave is in sales and Joe is the shop tech, both good guys. Trust me, I've had my share of bad RV repair places in PA, the drive is worth it to me.

  Service Performed:   I went in for warranty work and the owner Bill told me that if I did not buy the 5th wheel from him he would not work on it. He also said that the factory does not pay his bills and did not care what the factory 's polices were he would do what is best for his company not theirs. I bought another brand since this happened, but thought anyone that might be thinking about dealing with Bill at Midway RV might want to think twice

  Service Performed:   Dash A/C not working at all, service people gave up. Said could not repair. Took to local repair shop and they repaired in 3 hours.
