  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Removed Adalin system and installed Silverleaf system due to power surge. Replaced inverter and replaced motor in rear slide.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Silverleaf does not work as it is supposed to, they had run inverter wiring and attached it under slide out. First time slide was put out it broke all the wiring.
Replaced rear slide motor, took it to a motor shop and it checked OK. Do not stand behind work.

  Service Performed:   Replaced gray tank sensor under their warranty that they had replaced several weeks before. Sensor had came apart for unknown reason. They replaced it with no questions ask.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Third time I have used them and I could not asked for better service.

  Service Performed:   Perform complete Pre-Delivery Inspection and evaluation on used Motor Home on BOTH Chassis and Coach sections.

Perform Scheduled Maintenance on Workhorse Chassis (tire rotation, chassis lubrication, transmission service, etc.)

Replace bulged (found during Pre-Delivery Inspection) hydraulic hose on rear bedroom side.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   OUTSTANDING. Really great shop to do business with.

Authorized Workhorse Service Center. Performed maintenance and gave opinions on needed service. Prompt and complete. Service Writer did NOT try to "sell" unnecessary items or packages.

Authorized Holiday Rambler Service Center and Monaco EXTENDED Warranty Service Center. Space does NOT permit all the good things to say about the "Coach" service center. Service Manager is knowledgeable and courteous. Technician (Scott) is MOST meticulous tech that I have EVER dealt with. Went over Coach with a FINE tooth comb. Found things that I had overlooked and offered simple solutions (lube this, install larger screws here, etc.). Provided written report on defects so that previous owner would have documentation of repairs.

Repaired bulging hose on rear slide...This was a Winnebago Coach and they contacted HWH for instructions as it was NOT something they were familiar with. Did an excellent job. Coach was cleaner than it went in when returned. No problems with slide since then.

Also offered tips on mounting stone guard and setting up towing system.

REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE>>RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH ANY BRAND RV. ALSO HAS ON-SITE STORAGE FACILITY.

  Service Performed:   Leak in sink drain on new unit under warranty.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   When I called salesman about the problem we were out camping in a location only 15 miles from their service center and they sent out 2 service men to fix it on site. They determined it would have to be brought in the next week to fix in their service center. All work completed on time and correct. I have never seen this level of service before and am very pleased with it.

  Service Performed:   Repair roof, replace solar panel, repair switch for steps, replace hydraulic lines
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Guttering system was removed and not replaced, seals not firmly attached on AC units, solar panel not correctly hooked up and doesn't work, step switch worse than before service, hydraulic lines still leak and now slide will come out even sitting in our driveway. Very poor communication, after 6 weeks we had to say we were going on a trip for most of repairs to be done.
