Warranty work to correct damage done to bed frame and peeling of the
material on the couch.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Purchase an Entegra Accolade Super C from General RV in October 2019.
The delivery process and dealing with the sales staff was a nightmare.
During the PDI some issues were found that would require warranty repair.
Since October I have dealt with Jennine, Darrell and Nikki, all service
advisors, and all three have been extremely professional and excellent in
customer service. They all ensured that they explained what was happening
throughout the repair process and conducted an after repair inspection for
the items completed.
My coach never sat at General RV while parts were on order. The issues
were initially verified and I took the coach back home to await necessary
parts. When the parts came in an appointment was scheduled and the
repairs were made while I waited.
General's sales and delivery prep folks, to include the operations and sales
manager, need to be trained by the service staff on the value of good
