  Service Performed:   Bought fifth wheel new. Had problems with decals. I was told three times that they would fix them. They had my trailer from October to March. Only to tell me they changed their mind and would not fix them.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very poor service including Coachman. Coachman customer service will not even return calls or respond to emails.

  Service Performed:   Took me two days of calling to get an appointment, they said they would have to call me back. Well on the second day I told the secretary just to give me a date and time and reluctantly she did although she was still going to have to OK it with her supervisor who makes all the appointments but is never available ,,go figure. My fifth wheel has been there for 6 weeks with a roof leak that they were suppose to fix and fix the interior damage as well. I never heard back from them so I called only to get the secretary to say we will have to take a message!! Finally after two days of calling I get the service manager and he tells me the leak is fixed and they are waiting to here from Fleetwood about the interior. 3 more weeks go by and I don't hear a thing. I call back and the manager tells me it is all finished, I question about the interior and he tells me he didn't have anything written down about the interior didn't know anything about it. I told him that was unreal and that he needed to get the parts and I wasn't picking up the trailer until it was completely finished because it would take me another five weeks to get an appointment after the parts come in which could be forever. Going on seven or eight weeks now,,have lost count.

  Service Performed:   I bought a new Fleetwood Triumph 38.5' 5th wheel in late June 05 with a slider hitch included. The brakes wouldn't work, the stereo wouldn't work, no TV signal in the bedroom, the slider hitch wouldn't slide and the awning had a cut in it.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After months and MANY trips to them ( all under warranty ), the only thing they ever fixed was the awning ( and it wasn't done correctly ). I ended up fixing most of what was wrong myself this spring. I found a two open wires in the brake wiring ( brake hub rub ). I replaced the sub-woofer that had a dead short and straightened the lopsided newly installed awning. When they "fixed" the TV outlet in the bedroom the living room one stopped working. I've managed a work around for that one but it's still not right. They put new hitch bed rails in the truck and it still wouldn't unlock and slide. I re-squared the hitch and loaded it up with lithium spray grease in every orifice so it will now unlock. I wrote Fleetwood a long letter about them. Fleetwood didn't even both to acknowledge the letter, much less do anything, about this unscrupulous dealer. After all this I did receive a call from a new service manger saying he was going to straighten this all out and call me with a new appointment last January. It never happened. From my time spent in the waiting areas and listening to all the other war stories of other patrons I know I have plenty of company.

  Service Performed:   Fix leak in roof and repair mold damage.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They did nothing more than clean the carpet. After several calls to Fleetwood and even the owner of the company they said it was fixed. Went to pick it up and it still leaked and still had mold all over. The service Manager even went so for as to give me a large piece of floor tile and said here take this and fix it yourself. Fleetwood said the whole problem was my fault because I failed to do the maintenance on the roof when the unit was only 6 months old. The trailer became so rotten and full of mold that we couldn't use it so we traded it for another. Worst time in my life dealing with these folks. I'm glad the warranty is over so I can just take care of my trailer and get on with my camping.
