We had hit a low-hanging tree limb with a slide cover. It bent the slide cover roller and tore the fabric. Randy removed the
torn fabric and made the slide safe for travel. |

Excellent. He made us able to continue on our trip with minimal delay. He responded within a couple of hours because he had
another job in the same RV park. Also he was very personable and pleasant to deal with. Accepted credit card. |
