Remove damaged hot water heater,
install new hot water heater.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Poor. Cancelled multiple
appointments to do work. Arrived
hours after agreed times to do work.
Charged double the price of the
heater to customer, refused to give
customer receipt for his purchase of
heater. Grossly overcharged for
labor.($80/ hour) Charges another
fee of $35 for on site visit. After
showing up 1 1/2 hours late for
agreed upon time for install I
took, possession of heater
and dismissed serviceman, Shawn.
