  Date of Service:   2/11/2019
  Company Contact:   Gus H
  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   1/2019 Water got in my trailer via window or roof on
a 2018 toy hauler, on the other side I had damage on
the awning and asked them to get me a quote on it.

I waited 2 weeks to get in by appointment.

1/23/2019 Got in. Service adviser said all of the
awning needs to be replaced will have to get a quote
to replace it, water leak starts at $169 to look in
to and spray it with a hose to try to find the leak
and will call you back.

1/31/2019 no call form Service Dept. so I called
them since it has been raining Oh we found the leak
is coming from the window, do you want it fixed?

Me: ????

Yes!! Water may be still getting in with all this
rain!! Also please call me next week with a quote
for the awning so it can be replaced or get an idea
when it can be done.

2/11/2019 not heard from them so decided to pick it
up my unit at 2 pm since I have a trip planed for the
2/15 weekend. Only window repair was done and Im
hoping the repair holds up in the rain.

Charge for window repair (seal or window frame
adjusting) $338, but I can only see clear silicone
on the outer edge of frame as evidence of something
done to it.

Service adviser: I did not put it on my calendar
that you wanted a call back but if you want the
awning fixed we can do it for $2400.

Thanks but I am not interested in any of your
services anymore!

I bought the unit there and assumed it was a good
place to take it for service or repairs. NOT!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Not good service, will not go back or recommend the
Service Dept.

  Date of Service:   6/28/2017
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   LED run/turn/brake lights added in wrong location.
I was very specific in the location I wanted them
installed, took the Service Writer to the back of my
toy hauler and physically showed him the location I
wanted, showed him a photo on my cell phone of
another RV that had them the way I wanted
them....even asked him if he'd like for me to send
him the photo. He assured me that would not be
necessary. It was also supposed to be two sets of
LED lights on either side.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The lights were not installed where I'd asked. The
Tech. showed me the work order and it did not even
mention a location other than "rear" so it wasn't
the tech's fault...it was clearly the service
writer. Also, there was only one set of lights, not
two as I'd asked. Also, the appointment was for two
months out. It still took them seven weeks to get
it done and no communication with me that they would
not be able to get to it when it was scheduled for.
No communication along the entire process, from the
dealership. They offered to add the second set of
LED lights however, due to the holes already drilled
in my toy hauler, they still couldn't put them where
I'd asked. And then, they asked me to remove my
Yelp review (see all the Yelp reviews). They also
tried to charge me an hour labor for providing me an
estimate. After it was all over with I sent an
email to all the principles at this dealership and
none of them replied to my email or contacted me.
Their Service department has extremely poor customer
service and it's obvious they do not value their
customers.....research it for yourself. They have
an attitude of "we don't have to care about
you....there are many more in line behind you".

  Date of Service:   2/13/2017
  Work Done on:   Class B
Service Performed:   Leaking faucet, generator that turned on by itself, leaking storage area,
stuck awning.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Picked up the RV and the tech said they couldn't find the leak. I asked if
they looked above the container filled with water in the cabinet? The RV was
returned twice to fix the leak in the side storage area, I finally gave up. The
awning did not work the first time I tried after they had "fixed" it. The
generator was the only thing fixed correctly.

  Date of Service:   7/7/2015
  Company Contact:   Rob Knudtsen
  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Took my trailer in for warranty work, while there they backed another trailer into mine and broke the door to the outside kitchen. They replaced the door but
did not replace the bent gas prop brackets, which one broke off later when I got home.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work done on the trailer was very shoddy to say the least. Other than the brackets breaking, the sealant putty looked as if it was put on by a 3rd
grader and the door was not centered within the frame. I had other issues at the time I picked up my trailer, the price they quoted me prior to picking up
was $300 more when I got there. Rob Knudtsen, service rep was not willing to discuss it or go over the costs and just said, "you misunderstood me". I did
the walk-thru on repairs by myself, service rep did not come out or offer assistance, he probably knew the problems and was willing to let me never be a
customer again at Mike Thompson RV. So I hooked my trailer and drove home and finished repairing my trailer, including new gas prop brackets, centering
the door in the frame and removing excess putty. They will never touch my rig again nor will I ever refer or purchase another product from them.

  Company Contact:   Max Baddeley
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Warranty work performed on a Tiffin Allegro which included several items such as slideout repair, shower stall realignment, water pump problem,
interior lights not working, window seals needing replaced. Other work included standard maintenance items such as lube, oil and filter change,
along with standard service check list items.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   To begin with Max Baddeley, Service Advisor, contacted me on a regular basis, via phone, with service updates. When dropping off the coach, we
agreed on a completion date and MTRV lived up to the date to the day. All work was done as requested for both the warranty work and non-
warranty service work. I would highly recommend this dealership at this location and will continue to use this shop for our service needs in the
future.

  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   When we bought our NRG toyhauler, our first trip out was an awful experience. We were unable to pump gas out of box. After spending countless hours on the phone with the service tech, cutting wires & attempting to get the pump operating, we failed & left mid trip back home. We were led to believe the entire unit was replaced but recently found out only a few parts were actually replaced. Despite the fact there was a recall and 2 yrs later it still does not operate, we can't get Mike Thompson, the manufacturer or our extended warranty company Western General to assist us. The transfer switch has failed, again no assistance and no coverage. We showed up to pick up our unit to which they claimed it was fixed. All labor was costing us $150.00. It's a good thing we checked it before we left because it was still not working. Shall we include the fact that they not only left huge smears of grease, oil and fingerprints on my inside walls but also on my mattress. My list of issues goes on and on and on. It's unfortunate but am glad to take my service elsewhere and will spread the word as well.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The quality of service is awful, cleanliness does not exist. Coverage, what coverage, a call back for further assistance will never happen. At least not from Mike Thompson. I am in the process of getting ready to upgrade to a larger unit and I can guarantee it will NOT be a product from Mike Thompson.

  Date of Service:   3/21/2005
  Company Contact:   Hank Blyleven
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   1. Reseal roof caulk per Fleetwood recall.
2. Repair engine compartment light switch.
3. Repair grey water tank monitor - broken wire.
4. Repair right rear leveler jack check valve.
5. Repair front curtain track.
6. Repair ground fault in 110V circuitry.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   This coach was purchased at this facility. Setting up the appointment and all work was completed as promised in a professional manner. Extra effort was expended to track down and repair the ground fault. It was caused by a wood screw shorting the common side of one circuit to ground. All work was performed on warranty.

Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Bought new Southwind 37C asked them to install a glass lighted handle in the entry door before we picked up the new coach.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Handle was left with screws sticking out, they scratched the paint in the locations, they drilled holes in the wrong location and left them, panel inside the door was left loose. I brought the coach back to rectify the damage done by them and the Coach stood in the yard for with no work being done until a called them 4 times a day and personally went there. The scratches and holes are still there, un-repaired.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Purchased a new Hitchhiker and returned it for minor warranty work. It took two weeks and when I was told the work was done, it was not. I returned two times and three weeks later I returned and the work was still not finished. The repairs were very minor and Mike Thompson's' was more interested in making money on the non-warranty repairs not their purchasing customers. This was not the first time, I had two other contacts and all of them were very bad. I will not recommend Mike Thompson to any body and I will not return.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very Poor. Not done as promised. Numerous complaints about their service department. They don't care about their buying customers.
