| Service Performed: | Replace back plates and brakes, pack and replace bad bearings. Repair leaking gray holding tank. Install a crank system for my awning. | ||

I was desperate. My Jeep Toad died while on a 15 week trip and I had to purchase a new vehicle. I called several places looking for someone who could order
and install a tow package on our new Honda CRV in the next week. David DeHaan was a pleasure to work with. He managed to fit us into their work schedule, got the tow plate, wiring kit and did the install in only two days. |

David kept me informed during the process. When there was a problem with getting the correct wiring kit, he worked with the distributor to find and deliver
the part so it didn't cause a delay. The installation went well and the workmanship was fantastic. |

| Service Performed: | Set up for delivery on this occasion, but previously for repair of warranty issues, installation of options, repair of an awning, installation of a Hensley hitch, and other trailer repairs. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Dehaan's takes their work seriously, can be counted on to do an excellent job, has a fully equipped garage, and an exceptionally friendly and concerned work force. I have had dealings with several other dealers and service departments in the area, and DeHaan's is far and away the best. | ||
