Stellar customer service! Arrived with our
Class B van in dire need of brake work. James and JD got us in right away, and hosted us for six hours while our extensive repairs were completed. Not only was the waiting room comfortable (recliner couches, coffee, and water) we were kept updated every step of the way. While there, I consistently heard (from the other room) customers being treated respectfully with clear explanations of what was needed and why, along with approximate cost, both in person and on the telephone. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to this excellent team for work in the future. |
