Work Done on:
Replaced freeze plug on my Cummins ISL engine in a 2014 Tiffin Phaeton
that had started leaking from a previous repair elsewhere.
Replaced non-functioning engine fan clutch
Replaced driveshaft yoke (damaged from previous repair elsewhere)
Replaced serpentine belt (routine maintenance)
Replaced air filter (routine maintenance)
Evaluation of Service Performed:
This is a great Freightliner shop, partly due to the fact that they have a
separate facility dedicated to motorhome and bus repair. The shop is well-
managed, and I was kept informed with periodic status updates. Technicians
were willing to engage with customers on their methodology of completing
repairs. Because they are a Freightliner Oasis facility, I was able to get a 10%
discount on parts and labor through my Freightliner membership.
Accordingly, I feel more confident of the quality of the work performed than
the previous repair facility.
