Excellent service! We are full-time RVers driving through on our way to Washington when our slide refused to go back in.
All of the repair places we called in Bend/Redmond wouldn't take us until the end of August. I called Buckles on a whim and was so happy to hear of his "traveler's first" policy. They took us right in, express ordered parts, and set out to get us back on the road. When we discovered that it wasn't just a slide issue, but also the entire spring assembly, they ordered that part as well. When it didn't come in in time, the owner himself drove across town to secure the part from another facility, then stayed until after 6:30 pm on a Friday just to get us back on the road for the weekend. They also processed everything with our extended-warranty company, so we only had to worry about the deductible, and not all the agonizing claim forms. They went above and beyond to get us moving again. |
