Class A - Diesel
Loss of total engine electrical power.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
I would highly recommend their services. My Class A RV lost total electrical power to the engine but I still had house
power. Bennie, the technician diagnosed through his years of experience of troubleshooting, determined it to be a loose
ground wire to the starter. It wasn't easy as he had to go through several steps of arriving to the problem.
He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough in his work. As much as I don't want strangers working on my
coach, I would definitely recommend Bennie and the Roadmasters facility. I would absolutely not hesitate to contact them if
I need any repair work done.
