  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Just picked one date above. 8 months of one visit after another.
Horrific service. Tons of warranty issues hard to get approved or big
delays. Brand new & had leaking windshield, which continued to leak
after supposed replacement; long ‘fix-list’; electrical fire; terrible
waiting area for customers, delayed parts always blamed on dealer
but my attempt to confirm w/dealer proved otherwise (dealer hadn’t
ordered at all, or when they said, or etc).
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor. BIG Windshield wiper work never held, put ”bandaid” on
windshield leak instead of replacing, then worse & replaced & worse
leak after replacement, and on and on. I cut my losses, interviewed
SERVICE DEPARTMENTS via phone instead of sales (most all RV
sales depts are great) before choosing next dealer. Sold defective
RV from Atlantic after only 8 months (almost 2 years ago) & bought
new one at chosen dealer out of state. LOVE dealer, LOVE service
dept, LOVE my RV. Night & day difference.

  Service Performed:   Warranty work cracked paint on front seams, interior trim issues, Cable tv wiring / antennae issues, and slideout issues.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   While I rate the service manager Mike and some of the warranty advisors excellent, the place is very busy and therefore neglect to keep the customer
updated and informed on the progress of the repairs. The actual repairs were good quality. I was in the busy part of the season April and July so perhaps that
is the problem.
