We were traveling and had a generator problem.
Called Vann's and he came to our site, which was nice.

He fixed our generator and it worked but after 2 weeks it failed.
Took it to a generator place in our town when we returned.
They told us that the work was done improperly and made the mother
board fail. Tried to get back to Vann's in order to get his invoice for
the part he installed. It has a one year warranty with Onan. He would
not return our calls. We think he used an old part so he could not
give us an invoice. So, we ended up putting $3,000 into the generator
when it should have been approx. $1,000. He did poor work.
Very disappointed.

The review from 6/2017 is a false review. No
calls have been made. All customers must
sign invoice prior to work and all parts
mainly are bought through Cummins so I could
have provided a receipt. Please contact me
