  Date of Service:   10/6/2017
  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Replaced a hydraulic line for rear bedroom slide in
our 40' Tiffin motorhome. Did an okay job replacing
line, but while spending several hours in the bay
containing the blown line, never spotted a huge
exhaust leak that caused line to fail. Ended up
returning to another repair facility to get exhaust
repaired. The exhaust leak allowed super heated
fumes to blow into lines, causing the failure. The
leak was obvious and they should have spotted it.
When I called the service writer back to voice my
concerns, I had to leave a voicemail, and never
received a call back. I won't use Camping World
again for anything.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   While the repair to the appeared to have been done
well, their failure to spot the exhaust leak could
have resulted in major damage to the coach. The
gash in the 4" flexible pipe was obvious and the
tech should have spotted it during the two days he
was working right next to it.
  Value of Service:   Good
  Quality of Service:   Poor
