Evaluation of Service Performed:
Called Friday PM and had appointment for first thing
Monday AM. Mike met us and got to work. Left it for
a few hours while we played in the area. Ready to go
when we got back. 19 updates on the computer.
Jessica contacted our warranty company and sent us
on our way without payment - pending the return
call. We called two days later because we were
leaving town and she assured us that if warranty
didn't cover she'd give us a call and take credit
card over the phone. Next day received email with
zero balance due. My high rating is not because we
didn't owe anything. It is because of how well we
were treated and how professional Mike and Jessica
are. Great folks who understand the importance of
getting you back on the road.
