  Service Performed:   I called to get a appointment and Paul in service said it would be 3 weeks before he could get us in, but I could take it to another shop. I should have took the hint then.
No work was completed. The roof A/C was not cooling. They charged me diagnostic fee and referred me to a independent to look at it who also charged me a diagonistic fee. They don't do A/C work. I did get the diagnostic fee back after complaining. They tore up our jacks, their tech. did not know what he was doing.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I turned into a disaster they duct taped the jack up for repair. It was never fixed by them of course. Had to go to another shop to be fixed. They have more excuses than any company I have ever done business with. I was told in conversation with other RV owners this company was no good at RV repairs. I will not recommend this company to anyone with a nice RV. There was three other people complaining when I was picking up my RV. I ask where to take it, everybody said a different dealer in Mandan.

  Service Performed:   We purchased our 2008 Monaco here and had some issues, of course. We are very satisfied with Capital RV, Corey is the mechanic that has worked on ours.

I have used two other service centers recommended by Monaco that are within 100 miles of where we live, I won't go back to either one, I will drive the 450 miles to Bismarck, that way I know it will get done RIGHT.

  Service Performed:   Left rear jack would not extend, and right rear was very slow. Also, coach heater switch would not work.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent. A loose wire was keeping the coach heater switch from working. Paul worked with HWH corporation to determine that the problem was a burned out solenoid for the left jack, and possibly a bent right jack leg. New parts were ordered and Paul contacted us when they arrived. We made an appointment for the repairs and spent the prior night hooked up to electricity in front of Capital's office. The cost of the repairs that were not covered by warranty was very reasonable. They also have a very comfortable customer's lounge, and quite a large on the shelf parts department very similar to a Camping World.

  Service Performed:   Dash air/heat/fan shut off. Acted like a bad fuse but all fuses/relays we could find tested good. One previous shop just gave up so I took it to Capital. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning and went to work immediately. Also provided a place to park with electric hookup.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent ++++. Highly recommended. Problem turned out to be a single, in-line, 10 amp glass fuse buried behind the dash and requiring removal of the dash to diagnose and replace. They would not give up, did extensive trouble shooting and called Fleetwood for assistance. After spending about 8 hours looking (with 4 guys working on it) they found and fixed the problem. Cost was about 1/3 what I expected. Jim Doll and Adam (mechanic) are superb. These guys are the best there is.

  Service Performed:   Numerous small items along with paint problems.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We had numerous items that needed attention. All problems were taken care of with no problem, our coach was clean when returned to us, and the personnel at the dealership were very professional in all aspects. We will recommend them to others and ourselves return.
