Service Performed:  
Recall on Workhorse chassis brakes plus a failed compressor on the dashboard a/c.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
It took SIX weeks to get this work done, even though the parts were on hand for AT LEAST 3 of the 6 weeks. I kept getting excuses, then promises, then more excuses until even the Service Adviser was too embarrassed to take my calls. I finally got the Service Manager to decree that no other motorhome would be worked on until mine was finished and they got it done in two days.
