Class A - Diesel
Problem was rear view camera not working. Explained to owner that we are only here for one week. Tech arrives at appointed
time and quickly determines that there is not enough time to order and install parts before we leave. Since he is there he
has to charge me for the service call and one hour of labor. I have him look at the system and he says that it could be
several things, and it would be best if we replaces the entire system. Still he doesn't have enough time before we would
leave to get and install a new system. Tech states that the owner sent him out to see if the problem was the camera. Since
he was there for the hour I had him service the furnace so it wasn't a total waste of $220.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Very unsatisfied. Owner sent tech out knowing that he probably wouldn't be able to complete the repair.
