Installed tire valve extenders on two inside dual rear
tires. Installed a shower door to replace the original equipment shower curtain. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Improperly installed the tire valve extenders. The air
leaked out of both inside tires, the tires went flat and the tread on the two tires was unevenly worn before the problem was discovered. The shower door was installed upside down (water leaked onto the bathroom floor when the shower was used) and was installed so poorly that the frame fell apart when we were driving the RV on a bumpy road. The service department's representatives were almost never at their desks to answer their phones and never returned a call if I left a message. Update: ===== I posted a review earlier, complaining about the work done on our Class C Four Winds RV at Camping World - Richmond, Indiana. At that time, I also sent an e-mail to Camping World on their website's complaint resolution hotline. Within just a few days, the manager of the Richmond, IN Camping World RV Sales called me, asked how much it had cost us to repair the problems created by his service department and then sent us a check, which I have just received! It apparently pays to complain on the Camping World complaint resolution hotline! |
