On July10,2018 after ordering front AC went down to have unit installed. They sold the unit I ordered so another unit was ordered. The unit was installed by
July 27,2018. Picked up RV and found scrape down the side and 50 amp electrical bump stock missing. |

After testing both AC units and the furnace I discovered dip switch set improperly and furnace would not work. Finally got a different company to repair
Trans West mistakes. Very poor work ethics. |

| Service Performed: | Had a slide that would not go in or out, motor would just run. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The tech found a bad torque bushing. He replaced the bad torque bushing and adjusted the slide. All works good now. | ||
