Class A - Diesel
Power was good at the park pedestal but not getting thru to inverter. Power failures were intermittent across several pieces of equipment (fridge, vacuum,
antenna, etc.) with no discernible pattern. Turns out the connections on the main power cable, coming into the coach, had worked loose at the hose reel.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
It took him two hours to track down the source of the problem. Once he'd narrowed it down, it was a matter of perseverance. This was not the first time we'd
had someone 'chase' this issue. Randy stuck with it, found it and fixed it.
