  Date of Service:   7/14/2016
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Lug Nutz replaced all shocks on 2006 Chevy Diesel 2500; replaced idler arm, steering arm, and idler arm bracket on same. They replaced shackles on 2009
Grand Junction 5th wheel trailer.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They were quick. They also overcharged on parts by $400 on the idler arm and etc. They overcharged $300 on the shocks. They overcharged by $300 on the
shackles. These estimates were from 4 Utah parts companies. They broke the studs on 3 of the tires that had to be replaced in Layton.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Poor

  Date of Service:   6/6/2016
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Suspension spring broke and was noticed in passing by one of the Lug Nutz. We took the camper to his shop (one good turn deserves another) for repairs.
Inspection showed that both springs were in desperate need of replacement and those failures were probably responsible for necessary repairs on other
suspension parts. Bottom line, we're sure we were saved from serious loss if not injury. Work was done in a reasonable time, about an hour, and for a fair
amount. We didn't save much but we weren't robbed either. The men were very personable, professional and fair-minded.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We both noticed an immediate difference in the driving and towing performance. We're embarrassed we waited too long.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
