  Date of Service:   1/9/2016
  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   1)Hot Water would not work on 110 volt
2)Front Window Leak passage side
3)Toilet would not hold water
4)Outside compartment was shown rust on the latch or lock
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   From the time we took the MotorHome to Camping World of Oxford it took 89 days to repaired the above items. We got some many excused from the
Service Dept. call Camping World Customer Services they didn't help, and even call THOR Customer Service they would said that they haven't receive any
information from Camping World but they didn't help at all on get the items repaired. When we finally got our MotorHome back the cover over the outside
main plug was broken, the outside compartment latch was replaced but they didn't replace the screws and nuts they are covered with rust this only shown
the poor workmanship. It's bad when one part of business hurts the other two parts of the business Sales and Parts are GREAT but the Service Dept. need
some type of leadership that will go in there CLEAN HOUSE!!! THOR need also work on their Customer Services keep in touch with their customer after we
complain and call the over 4 time about Camping World and get our camper repaired they never kept in touch with us. Camping World Customer Service
I'm still waiting on the Regional manager. to call me.
