At a time when all other RV dealers within 50 miles were too busy to even evaluate our problems, this dealer arranged to see us the next day (Saturday). One
of our slide motors and our water pump had both failed and needed to be replaced before we travelled further. |

Monday AM first thing, their friendly and competent staff contacted our warranty company and approval obtained. Therefore parts were ordered and
expected the next day. In addition, this dealer owns an RV park where we stayed at no cost. Tuesday the parts arrived and were installed which allowed us to depart on Wednesday. Thanks guys, good job! |
